    As a Sales Support Admin Assistant (part-time), you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources support to our store team. No two days will be the same, as you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including recruitment support, posting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, on-boarding and training of new hires, as well as various administrative and record-keeping responsibilities. You’ll be trusted with handling sensitive and personal information, so your commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and discretion will be essential. You’ll be a critical component in our mission to recruit and retain great talent while also ensuring compliance guidelines are being met and company standards are consistently being implemented.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Verify all onboarding and ongoing reporting compliance standards are met as per company guidelines and requirements.
    • Assist Store Management Team in identifying, sourcing, recruiting, scheduling, interviewing and ultimately hiring and onboarding candidate to fill store associate roles.
    • Assist Store Management Team in tracking and managing open positions using
    • Coordinate and manage onboarding for new hires to ensure all pre-employment, onboarding and training requirements are successfully completed.
    • Work closely with store, regional, territory and corporate partners to manage requests and inquires related to leaves of absence, paid-time off, payroll, benefits, and other human resource related requests.
    • Other special projects as directed.

    Candidates should have experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource information Systems (HRIS) software including Workday and iCIMS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
